Oggi voglio parlarvi delle possibili clienti con cui potremmo avere a che fare, il comportamento che dobbiamo avere nei loro confronti e anche i trattamenti da poter loro consigliare.

Iniziamo!

Cliente Qualità

Questa cliente pensa che sia sicuro e valido tutto ciò che è contrassegnato da un marchio di prestigio. Ha bisognodi essere rassicurata sull’igiene e spesso vuole che siano usati solo attrezzi personali.

Quindi a prescindere sul posto di lavoro deve essere importante l’attenzione alla pulizia e igiene, ma se ci si presenta una cliente così, non dobbiamo farci sfuggire anche i minimi dettagli, come ad esempio l’ordine che da subito idea di pulizia.

Cliente Quantità

Questa cliente vuole sfoggiare sè stessa attraverso il numero di trattamenti che esegue su di lei. Per far ciò non bada alle spese, quindi probabilmente non apprezzerà offerte sul nostro lavoro.

Per dimostrare che preferisce la quantità, spenderà il suo denaro sui trattamenti più costosi, quindi sarà meglio proporle i trattamenti di nicchia che hanno un costo maggiore.

Cliente Novità

Questa cliente è attratta da tutto ciò che è nuovo, quindi se tendiamo a proporre sul posto di lavoro trattamenti innovativi, essa li prediligerà.

Secondo questa cliente tutto ciò che è nuovo va scelto in quanto la novità è certamente migliore di ciò che già esiste.

Cliente Risparmiosa

Vi sono due motivi per cui una cliente tende a risparmiare: il desiderio di farlo e il bisogno di farlo.

Colei che desidera risparmiare è sempre alla ricerca dello sconto, dell’offerta e non si farà scrupoli a domandarvi uno sconto sul trattamento.

Il nostro atteggiamento nei loro confronti deve essere fermo, altrimenti per lei diventerà un’abitudine avere gli sconti accettati.

Il secondo tipo di cliente desidera comunque poter permettersi un trattamento ad esempio, ma per difficoltà economiche, preferisce risparmiare, magari scegliendo qualcosa di poco costoso.

Di solito non chiede sconti e noi dovremmo proporle un buon trattamento anche se meno costoso.

Cliente Ipocondriaca

Abbiamo già specificato che l’igiene è alla base di un lavoro di qualità.

Però queste clienti, nonostante tutto, temono sempre di contrarre qualche malattia o ammalarsi.

Noi dovremmo quindi rassicurarla sul fatto che eseguiamo le procedure di disinfezione e sterilizzazione, e nulla verrà riciclato.

Cliente Chiacchierona

Questo tipo di cliente difficilmente riesce a far silenzio. Per lei è fondamentale la comunicazione. Noi dovremmo riuscire ad essere cordiali con lei e magari assecondarla con qualche chiacchiera, però non dovremmo farci distrarre da lei. Dobbiamo farle capire che ci piace averla sul posto di lavoro, però deve rispettare il fatto che noi stiamo lavorando.

Cliente Taciturna

Questa cliente è l’opposto della precedente.

Difficilmente riusciremo ad instaurare un rapporto confidenziale con lei. Magari questa persona è timida, oppure di carattere preferisce non parlare.

Dovremmo comunque farle sentire accolte e se possibile, un minimo conversare con loro, senza però esagerare e quindi risultare maleducati e invadenti.

Cliente Impaziente

Questa cliente è appunto impaziente se si presentano eventuali ritardi sull’appuntamento concordato oppure se il nostro lavoro sta durando troppo.

Dobbiamo farle capire, sempre con cortesia, anche se lei potrebbe non averla nei nostri confronti, che è possibile aver ritardi sulla tabella di marcia oppure spiegarle che un trattamento eseguito in più tempo è tutto dedicato a lei.

Ecco qua i tipi di clienti che si potrebbero presentare al nostro salone.

L’importante è sempre essere cortesi e rispettose, ma comunque far valere la nostra parola in quanto professioniste. Vi lascio qui il link dove spiego, secondo me come trattare generalmente le nostre clienti.

Today I want to talk to you about the possible customers we might have to deal with, the behavior we have towards them and also the treatments we can recommend to them.

Let’s start!

Customer “Quality“

This customer thinks that everything that is marked with a prestigious brand is safe and valid. She needs to be reassured about hygiene and often wants only personal tools to be used.

Attention to cleanliness and hygiene must be important but if we have a customer like this we must not miss even the smallest details, such as the order that immediately gives you the idea of cleaning.

Customer “Quantity“

This client wants to show off herself through the number of treatments she performs on her. To do this he does not mind the costs, so he probably will not appreciate sales on our work.

To show that he prefers the quantity, she will spend his money on the more expensive treatments, so it will be better to propose the niche treatments that have a higher cost.

Customer “News“

This client is attracted by everything new, so if we tend to offer innovative treatments in the workplace, she will prefer them.

According to this client, everything that is new should be chosen because the novelty is certainly better than what already exists.

Saving Customer

There are two reasons why a customer tends to save money: the desire to do it and the need to do it.

The one who wants to save money is always looking for a discount and she will not hesitate to ask you for a discount on the treatment.

Our attitude towards them must be firm, otherwise it will become a habit for us to have discounts accepted.

The second type of customer still wants to be able to afford a treatment for example, but for financial difficulties, she prefers to save money, perhaps by choosing something inexpensive.

Usually she doesn’t ask for discounts and we should offer her a good treatment even if less expensive.

Hypochondriac client

We have already specified that hygiene is the basis for quality work.

But these customers, despite everything, are always afraid of contracting some disease or getting sick.

We should therefore reassure you that we carry out disinfection and sterilization procedures, and nothing will be recycled.

Chattering Client

This type of customer can hardly keep silence. Communication is essential for her. We should be able to be friendly with her and maybe indulge her with some chat, but we should not be distracted by her. We have to make her understand that we like having her in the workplace, but she must respect the fact that we are working.

Silent Client

This customer is the opposite of the previous one.

We will hardly be able to establish a confidential relationship with you. Maybe this person is shy, or of character prefers not to speak.

However, we should make them feel welcomed and if possible, a minimum conversation with them, without exaggerating and therefore being rude and intrusive.

Impatient Client

This client is indeed impatient if there are any delays on the agreed appointment or if our work is taking too long.

We must make you understand, always with courtesy, even if you may not have it towards us, that it is possible to have delays on the roadmap or to explain that a treatment performed in more time is entirely dedicated to her.
