Posso ricostruire un'unghia in 10 minuti?

Oggi voglio mostrarvi i risultati di una sfida che mi sono posta.

La scorsa volta ho realizzato un’unghia lunghissima, di 10 cm, vi lascio qui il link del video.

Questa volta mi sono concentrata sul tempo di realizzazione.

Ho scelto di ricostruire in cartina tre unghie, con tempo diverso: una in un’ora, una in 30 minuti e una in 10 minuti.. si avete letto bene, continuate a leggere per sapere com’è finita.

Iniziamo!

1 Ora

Durante la realizzazione di quest’unghia mi sono presa tutto il tempo che mi serviva, per fare un lavoro preciso.

Ho eseguito la preparazione dell’unghia usando 3 punte fresa, per rimuovere le cuticole e opacizzare la superficie delle unghie, ho usato una lima delicata per dare forma e opacizzare ulteriormente la lamina.

Ho applicato tutti e tre i preparatori e misurato con estrema cura la cartina, in modo da metterla più correttamente possibile.

Ho applicato una base utilizzando un pennellino sottile e rispettato i tempi di polimerizzazione.

Ho quindi eseguito l’allungamento con il gel, pinzato e catalizzato.

Ho quindi rimosso la cartina ed eseguito la struttura.

Ho scelto di limare con la lima perchè tanto avevo parecchio tempo e volevo avere il massimo controllo su ciò che stavo facendo.

Una volta finito di limare sono passata al colore.

Ho steso con estrema cura due mani di colore rosa, raggiungendo il giro cuticole con un pennellino molto sottile, senza mai toccare la pelle.

Una volta catalizzato ho sgrassato il colore e passato delicatamente il buffer per opacizzare la superficie.

Ho realizzato quindi un french con il rosso, sono stata molto attenta a farlo preciso.

Ho catalizzato e creato un fiore e un ghirigoro, andando in seguito in lampada.

Stava per terminare la mia ora, ho quindi applicato al centro del fiore una perla e sigillato con un lucido con dispersione.

Una volta sgrassato ho applicato l’olio per cuticole ed ecco l’unghia realizzata in 1 ora.

Vi piace? Io sono abbastanza soddisfatta del risultato.

30 minuti

Per realizzare quest’unghia avevo abbastanza tempo ma non troppo per perdermi nei dettagli.

Il procedimento che ho eseguito è lo stesso di prima ma un po’ più veloce ed eliminando alcune cose.

Ho saltato l’opacizzazione dell’unghia con la lima, ho limato con la fresa la struttura in modo da essere un po’ più veloce.

Il colore l’ho steso senza però utilizzare il pennellino fine.

Ho realizzato il french, però non sono stata precisa come il primo e senza catalizzare ho realizzato già il fiore e il ghirigoro.

Ho applicato poi la mezza perla e un lucido senza la dispersione per essere più veloce.

Ho passato il lucido ed ecco fatto.

Allora come sono stata?

In generale non mi dispiace però avrei potuto limare maggiormente sui laterali per sgonfiare la struttura e sulla parte centrale il french è un po’ traballante.

Ora ci sarà da divertirsi.

10 minuti

Avete presente tutte le regole che si devono seguire per ricostruire in modo corretto un’unghia? Bene dimenticatele 😂

Ho fatto una corsa contro il tempo.

Ho opacizzato l’unghia con la lima velocemente, e misurato la cartina.

Quindi ho applicato il nail prep e il binder che è un po’ più veloce ad asciugarsi.

Ho messo la cartina e applicato il monofasico come base, senza catalizzare eseguo l’allungamento e anche la bombatura, allora mando in lampada.

Ovviamente il prodotto era parecchio e quindi un po’ andava dove voleva.

Ho limato velocemente con la fresa e sono passata al colore.

Non ho applicato il rosa e direttamente con il pennello del colore ho disegnato il french. Senza catalizzare ho fatto il fiore e il ghirigoro.

Catalizzo solo per 30 secondi e metto il lucido senza dispersione e sopra ci ho messo la mezza perla.

Catalizzo solo per 30 secondi e applico l’olio.

Ho finito giusto in tempo ed ecco qua il risultato finale.

Questa foto si commenta da sola.

Nonostante la avessi appena realizzata l’unghia presentava già sollevamenti, il french è sproporzionato, catalizzato male e anche il fiore non è ben fatto.

Quindi è possibile realizzare la ricostruzione di un’unghia in 10 minuti?

Sì, ma il risultato non sarà ben fatto.

Ecco le unghie a confronto.

Can I make a nail extension in 10 minutes?

Today I want to show you the results of a challenge that I asked myself.

Last time I made a very long 10 cm nail, I leave you the video link here.

This time I focused on time.

I chose to reconstruct three nails with the nail form, with different time: one in an hour, one in 30 minutes and one in 10 minutes .. yes you read that right, read on to find out how it ended.

Let’s start!

1 hour

During the making of this nail I took all the time I needed to do a precise job.

I carried out the preparation of the nail using 3 efile bits, to remove the cuticles and opacify the surface of the nails, I used a delicate file to shape and further opacify the foil.

I applied all three preps and measured the nail form with extreme care, so as to put it as correctly as possible.

I applied a base using a thin brush and respected the polymerization times.

I extended the nail with the gel.

I then removed the nail form and created the structure.

I chose to file with the file because I had so much time and I wanted to have maximum control over what I was doing.

Once I finished filing I switched to color.

I applied two pink hands with extreme care, reaching the cuticle with a very thin brush, without ever touching the skin.

Once catalyzed I degreased the color and gently passed the buffer to opacify the surface.

So I made a French with red, I was very careful to make it precise.

I catalyzed and created a flower and a twirl, going later in the lamp.

My hour was about to end, so I applied a pearl to the center of the flower and sealed it with a dispersion top coat.

Once degreased I applied the cuticle oil and here is the nail made in 1 hour.

Do you like it? I am quite satisfied with the result.

30 minutes

To make this nail I had enough time but not too much to get lost in the details.

The procedure I have done is the same as before but a little faster and eliminating some things.

I skipped the nail opacification with the file, I filed the structure with the e-file to be a little faster.

I applied the color without using the fine brush.

I made the French, but I wasn’t as precise as the first and without catalyzing I already made the flower and the twirl.

I then applied half a pearl and a polish without dispersion to be faster.

I applied the top coat and that’s it.

So how is it?

In general it’s fine but I could have filed more on the sides to deflate the structure and on the central part the French is a bit shaky.

Now there will be fun.

10 minutes

Are you aware of all the rules that must be followed to correctly reconstruct a nail? Well forget them all. 😂

I ran against time.

I opacified the nail with the file quickly, and measured the nail form.

So I applied the nail prep and the binder which is a little faster to dry.

I put the nail form and applied the monophasic as a base, without catalyzing I perform the extension and also the structure, then I send in a lamp.

Obviously the product was quite a lot and therefore it went a little where it wanted.

I quickly filed with the e-file and switched to color.

I didn’t apply pink and directly with the color brush I drew French. Without catalyzing I made the flower and the twirl.

I catalyze only for 30 seconds and put the top coat without dispersion and I put the half pearl on it.

I catalyze for only 30 seconds and apply the oil.

I finished just in time and here is the final result.

This photo speaks for itself.

Although I had just made it, the nail already had lifting, the French is disproportionate, badly catalyzed and even the flower is not well done.

So is it possible to make a nail reconstruction in 10 minutes?

Yes, but the result will not be well done.

Testo la durata della polvere di velluto sulle unghie

Oggi voglio parlarvi della durata che ha la polvere di velluto sulle unghie.

Iniziamo!

Cos’è

La polvere di velluto è caratterizzata da dei piccoli peletti, che quando sono applicati sull’unghia conferiscono ad essa una superficie morbida, tipo il velluto appunto.

Probabilmente avrete già visto che tra i brand di prodotti per le unghie, questa polvere è venduta come una novità, eppure esiste da parecchi anni.

Io la ho perchè quando andavo alle medie, e ne è passato di tempo, la Pupa vendeva dei kit di smalto e un prodotto da applicarci sopra.

Questo è proprio ciò di cui parlo.

Applicazione

Ne ho ancora parecchia di questa polvere perchè mi ricordo che non mi faceva impazzire applicata sullo smalto.

In pratica bisognava stendere prima una mano di colore e lasciarla asciugare.

Dopo, bisognava spargere sulla seconda mano di smalto ancora bagnata, questa polverina.

Ricordo che appena lavavo una o due volte le mani, l’effetto svaniva perchè lo smalto ha tempi di asciugatura molto lunghi.

Ho così pensato di fare un test e applicarla tipo i glitter effetto zucchero sul gel.

Dopo aver steso le due mani di colore, ho applicato un top coat senza dispersione e senza polimerizzare ho messo la polvere di velluto.

Poi sono andata in lampada.

Ho deciso di fare l’esperimento anche con lo smalto, in modo da confrontare bene i risultati.

Ho usato il mignolo e l’anulare, perchè sono le dita che usiamo di meno.

Durata

16 dicembre, ore 11:20

Queste sono le due unghie appena realizzate.

L’anulare è realizzato con lo smalto, il mignolo con il gel.

Entrambe sono molto belle, e danno bene l’effetto velluto.

16 dicembre, ore 13:30

Ho fatto passare due ore, per vedere soprattutto lo smalto come si comportava.

Ovviamente mi è capitato di lavare le mani, però nonostante avesse perso un po’ di polvere, il risultato non era male.

Il mignolo è rimasto invariato.

16 dicembre, ore 20

Dopo quasi 10 ore lo smalto iniziava già a darmi problemi.

Come potete vedere in questa foto, sul laterale sinistro e vicino alle cuticole, la polvere è quasi sparita del tutto.

Il mignolo come potete vedere rimane uguale.

17 dicembre

Queste sono le unghie il giorno dopo.

Il mignolo alla vista e al tatto rimane sempre molto morbido.

L’anulare invece ai lati ha perso completamente la polvere, ed è rimasto solamente lo smalto colorato.

Al centro invece anche lui è molto morbido ancora.

18 dicembre

Dopo due giorni, il mignolo ha perso un pochino la sua morbidezza, ma se lo tocchiamo possiamo comunque avvertire la polvere di velluto.

L’anulare peggiora ogni giorno di più.

La polvere di velluto sta diventando solo un ricordo.

Si è trasformata in chiazze e soprattutto non è più morbida, bensì sono diventati quasi grumi.

Lo potete capire dalla differenza che si vede tra il mignolo e l’anulare.

Dopo questi giorni, avevo capito più o meno l’andamento di questa polvere sulle unghie.

Sul gel, l’effetto avrebbe avuto più durata, ma comunque piano piano anche li i peletti sarebbero spariti.

Sullo smalto come avete potuto vedere anche dopo poche ore la polvere si levava, ed era giusto questione di uno o due giorni che il bell’effetto sparisse.

Ho lasciato passare dunque altri 10 giorni.

28 dicembre

Questo è il giorno in cui ho deciso di concludere l’esperimento.

Voglio fare prima di tutto una considerazione sullo smalto che ho usato come base.

Se vi ricordate avevo scritto un articolo in cui provavo varie marche di smalto.

Siccome avevo bisogno di durata, ho utilizzato la base che avevo ritenuto la migliore ai tempi: la Triple care di Essence. Devo dire che non mi ha delusa.

Questo è il risultato dopo 12 giorni.

Come potete vedere, su entrambe le unghie la polvere di velluto è sparita.

Giusto sul mignolo vicino alle cuticole sulla sinistra è rimasto qualcosina.

Entrambe le unghie presentano una superficie irregolare, ma questo perchè quando i prodotti erano ancora freschi ho applicato la polvere, che ha lasciato la sua “impronta”.

Considerazioni finali.

Cosa ne penso?

Lo smalto mi immaginavo avrebbe avuto questo comportamento, ma posso accettarlo.

Magari una persona vuole questo effetto e tiene in considerazione che gli dura solo due o tre giorni, poi cambia smalto.

Pensavo invece che sul gel sarebbe durato di più.

In genere una ricostruzione si tiene per 3 settimane, ovvero 21 giorni.

Questa polvere di velluto dopo 12 giorni era già sparita, lasciando un effetto poco bello.

Questa almeno una settimana dura bella, però dopo lascia l’unghia opaca e irregolare.

Il mio consiglio è dunque di usarla con lo smalto, tanto si può cambiare dopo due giorni, mentre sulla ricostruzione consiglio di usarla in altro modo.

Diverso utilizzo

I brand di prodotti per le unghie hanno fatto uscire dei nuovi colori semipermanenti effetto Cashmere, che sostanzialmente al loro interno hanno la polvere di velluto.

I challenge the lasting of the velvet powder on nails

Today I want to talk to you about the duration that velvet powder has on your nails.

Let’s begin!

What’s this

Velvet powder is characterized by small hairs which, when applied to the nail, give it a soft surface, just like velvet.

You have probably already seen that among the brands of nail products, this powder is sold as a new product, yet it has existed for several years.

I have it because when I went to middle school, and it’s been a while, Pupa sold nail polish kits and a product to apply on it.

This is just what I’m talking about.

Application

I still have a lot of this powder because I remember that it didn’t drive me crazy applied on the polish.

In practice, it was necessary to first apply a coat of color and let it dry.

Afterwards, it was necessary to spread this powder on the second coat of still wet polish.

I remember that as soon as I washed my hands once or twice, the effect faded because the polish has very long drying times.

So I thought about doing a test and applying it like the sugar effect glitter on the gel.

After spreading the two coats of color, I applied a top coat without inibition layer and without curing I put the velvet powder.

Then I went to the lamp.

I also decided to do the experiment with the polish, in order to compare the results well.

I used the little finger and the ring finger, because it is the fingers we use the least.

Lasting

December 16, 11:20 am

These are the two newly made nails.

The ring finger is made with polish, the little finger with the gel.

Both are very beautiful, and give the velvet effect well.

December 16, 1.30 pm

Two hours have passed, especially to see the polish how it behaved.

Obviously I washed my hands, but despite losing some dust, the result was not bad.

The little finger has remained unchanged.

December 16, 8 pm

After almost 10 hours the polish was already starting to give me problems.

As you can see in this photo, on the left side and near the cuticles, the powder has almost completely disappeared.

The little finger as you can see remains the same.

December 17

These are the nails the next day.

The little finger at the sight and touch always remains very soft.

The ring finger on the sides has completely lost the dust, and only the colored polish remains.

In the center, on the other hand, it is still very soft.

December 18

After two days, the little finger has lost its softness a little, but if we touch it we can still feel the velvet powder.

The ring finger gets worse every day.

Velvet powder is only becoming a memory.

It has turned into patches and above all it is no longer soft, but has almost become lumps.

You can understand this from the difference that is seen between the little finger and the ring finger.

After these days, I had understood more or less the progress of this powder on the nails.

On the gel, the effect would have lasted longer, but in any case, even the hairs would have disappeared.

As you could see even after a few hours on the polish the powder disappeared, and it was a matter of one or two days that the beautiful effect disappeared.

So I let another 10 days go by.

December 28

This is the day I decided to end the experiment.

First of all, I want to make a consideration about the polish I used as a base.

If you remember I had written an article in which I tried various brands of nail polish.

Since I needed durability, I used the base that I had considered the best at the time: Essence’s Triple care. I have to say it didn’t disappoint me.

This is the result after 12 days.

As you can see, the velvet powder is gone on both nails.

Just on the little finger near the cuticles on the left side there is a little bit of powder .

Both nails have an uneven surface, but this is because when the products were still fresh I applied the powder, which left its “imprint”.

Final thoughts.

What do I think of it?

The nail polish I imagined would have had this behavior, but I can accept it.

Maybe a person wants this effect and takes into account that it lasts only two or three days, then changes the nail polish.

I thought instead that on the gel it would last longer.

Typically you keepa reconstruction for 3 weeks, 21 days.

On the 12 day this velvet powder was already gone, leaving an unattractive effect.

This at least one week lasts a good week, but afterwards it leaves the nail opaque and uneven.

My advice is therefore to use it with polish, you can change it after two days, while on reconstruction I recommend using it in another way.

Different use

The brands of nail products have released new gel polish Cashmere effect colors, which basically have velvet powder inside them.
